All Sensei climatic equipment purchased through an official distributor in Austria and/or its authorised dealers in Austria is covered by an extended 5-year warranty. The conditions for the extended 5-year warranty are:
– Installation of the equipment must be carried out by an authorised installer certified by Sensei.
– The warranty card must be duly filled in and must state the date of sale and date of installation as well as the installer’s details.
– A mandatory annual service for the purchased Sensei climatic equipment, carried out by an authorised installer with a note in the warranty card of the service carried out.
If any of the above conditions are not fulfilled, the warranty on the purchased Sensei climatic equipment will be 2 years from the date of purchase.
